More than 14,000 visitors enjoyed the Sucre carnivals

The president of the Socialist Corporation for Tourism in the state of Sucre (CORSOTUR), Germil Sayago, reported that a total of 14,200 seasonal workers entered the entity during the carnival holidays.

The governor of the state reported that Sayago the state recorded positive statistics during the season.

“Despite the fact that, as a result of the deep sea, we have positive numbers of tourists who came to enjoy our state this season, as there was a hotel occupancy of 72%,” said Sayago, quoted in a press release.

He explained that the tourists who entered the state were mostly from the states of Barinas, Anzoátegui, Capital District, Monagas, Delta Amacuro and Yaracuy.
