More than 300 indigenous people from the state of Amazonas were treated with a health day in the Atures municipality of that entity, the health ministry said.
Through a press release, the health portfolio explained that during that day, general medicine, pediatrics, immunization, community pharmacy and deworming services were provided, benefiting children, young people, pregnant women, the disabled, adults and older adults in indigenous communities.
Among those served, members of the Aramare Norte, Piaroa, Jivi, Yekuana and Criollo communities stand out.
