More than 300 older adults in Caracas benefited from a comprehensive care day

A total of 367 elderly people in the parish of El Paraíso, Libertador municipality of Caracas, received comprehensive care at the Triaje Residential Social Service Center.

The day, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), made it possible to provide medical care to people with various ailments. In addition, practices aimed at strengthening health were promoted, through stations dedicated to physical activity, recreation and cultural leisure.

The Deputy Minister of Organization and Participation, Diógenes Linares, together with the director of the National Institute of Social Services (Inass), Yoselin Justiniano, toured the day, as part of vertex 1 of the Great Mission of Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Fatherland.

This vertex, called Health and Food, is part of the comprehensive care structure defined by the National Executive to expand the territorial scope of the mission and guarantee access to medical, nutritional and pharmacological services for grandparents.
