More than 4,600 subscribers recovered their telephony and Internet in Nueva Esparta

During the first seven months of 2026, more than 4,600 CANTV subscribers in Nueva Esparta recovered Internet and fixed telephone services, thanks to the work carried out by the Company's technical staff in the eastern region.
The services were carried out through the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan and the reports channeled through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance System.
The technical deployment, according to a press release, included preventive and corrective maintenance work in different municipalities of the entity, including Arismendi, Antolín del Campo, Díaz, García, Gómez, Marcano, Mariño and the Macanao Peninsula, benefiting homes, institutions and businesses.
Cirila Flores, resident of the Pedro González sector, Gómez municipality, highlighted the attention received after the work of the crews in her community: “I am very pleased that my report was solved after the work of the crews in the community. I now have my phone and Internet services fully operational again.”
