Tuesday, April 22, more than 500 men and women graduated from the First Revolutionary Special Operators (COER) course
, with the commitment to continue defending the Homeland in a civic-military-police
union.
The event that
took place in the Macarao parish of Caracas was led by the
sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello; the sectoral vice-president of Sovereignty, Security and Peace, Vladimir Padrino López; the
Strategic Operational Commander of the FANB, Domingo Hernández Lárez; the Director of the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigations
Corps, Douglas Rico, among other authorities of the security agencies of the
State.
During the activity, these patriots who made a commitment to the defense of Venezuela and the Revolution received decorations and badges as part of the recognition of their training.
