More than 500 students received knowledge in telecommunications at the 2025 Creative Robotics Olympics

More than 500 students learned about the technological modernization process being carried out by CANTV throughout the country, during the 2025 Creative Robotics Olympics, which took place at the Teniente Luis del Valle García Air Base in Barcelona, Anzoátegui state.
During the meeting, where CANTV guaranteed telecommunications services, students from various educational levels and institutions from the states of Anzoátegui, Delta Amacuro, Nueva Esparta, Bolívar, Monagas, Sucre, Guárico, Miranda, La Guaira and Caracas learned about the equipment for the fusion of optical fiber and for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
This day, which took place for two consecutive days in the Simón Bolívar municipality, was attended by the Deputy Minister for the Communalization of Science for Production, Danmarys Hernández, and the governor of the entity, Luis José Marcano, who stressed that this activity is part of the first summit of the Great Science, Innovation and Technology Mission “Dr. Humberto Fernández Morán”.
According to a press release from CANTV, Samuel Arrayave, a participant in the event from the state of Nueva Esparta, said that thanks to Blue Force workers in the Eastern region, he was able to learn about the topic of optical fiber and its structure to reach homes. “With the explanation they gave me, I already know the process and the modernization of connectivity services through Aba Ultra,” he said.
For her part, the visitor to the Robotics Olympics, Daniellys Navas, from the state of Sucre, detailed her experience: “I learned about GPON technology, how the Internet travels, through optical fiber, and how users are connected to have the service at home.”
