MOVILNET signs agreement with a university to strengthen training for workers and students

MOVILNET and the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) formalized an academic alliance in order to strengthen the capacities of their collaborators and students, in order to strengthen the mobile telecommunications service in the country.
This agreement, according to a press release from the mobile operator, was signed by the company's president, Aníbal Briceño, together with the rector of the UCAB, Arturo Peraza, who has training programs, as well as the execution of internships and the development of research projects.
These agreements contemplate several phases, in the first instance, internships will be carried out for students in the telecommunications career, who through practice will acquire experience and knowledge in MOVILNET. In the same way, agreements will be established to create new programs taught by professionals of the Company.
To date, the mobile operator has similar agreements with other important universities in the country, such as: National Experimental University of Telecommunications and Informatics (UNETI), National Experimental University of Transport (UNET), Simón Bolívar National Experimental University (UNESB) and Fermín Toro University (UFT).
