MP orders investigation against content creator for mocking the death of an adult with cancer

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that Attorney General 59 was appointed to investigate and punish Ashely Ways, creator of social media content, who posted a video “mocking the death of an older adult with cancer”, with a deprivation of liberty.
In a publication, the prosecutor explained that the purpose of the publication was to attack the good feelings and morals of the deceased's daughter.
In the aforementioned publication, you can see images of the content creator showing the sick person and mocking their condition and death.
The young woman could be investigated for crimes contained in the Anti-Hate Act, for Peaceful Coexistence and Tolerance.
