MP will charge two national guards for allowing a prisoner to escape

The Public Ministry (MP) reported the accusation of two officials of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) for allowing the escape of a prisoner who was being held at the Dr. Luis Felipe Guevara Hospital in Anzoátegui state.

Through its Instagram account , the institution that guarantees the criminal action specified that the citizens were identified as: Brayker Maneiro and Anderson Sideregts.

It also points out that those mentioned were charged with the " role="link" >crimes of Delay or Intentional Omission of Functions, Favored Evasion and Agavillation, because they did not “take the necessary security measures, thus allowing the escape of a prisoner of liberty”.
