Within the framework of the 1×10 of Good Governance, the Bolivarian Government deployed a series of ophthalmological evaluation days throughout the state of Miranda.

These days, designed to address the needs of patients with cataracts, were carried out thanks to the collaboration between the health personnel attached to the Miracle Mission and the Miranda Health Department, according to a press release from the ministerial portfolio.

Free and quality tests such as eye biometry, eye echosonogram and specular microscopy were performed, with the purpose of diagnosing cataracts, pterygium, and other pathologies such as glaucoma, which will carry out surgical interventions that will restore the visual health of patients, where our older adults predominate.
