Nahum Fernández: The People knew that the president of Nicolás Maduro was going to solve the problem

The head of Government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández, highlighted this Friday the trust of the People of Venezuela in the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and the Bolivarian Government in the face of the new attacks perpetrated by the extreme right against the country.

During his participation in the 360° program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), Fernández indicated that the Head of State was in charge of solving the sabotage of the National Electric System (SEN). “All Venezuelans are waiting because they knew that the president of Nicolás Maduro was going to solve the problem,” he said.

He said that representatives of the Bolivarian Revolution took to the streets “to tell the truth of the news. Here's the diesel. The hospital is working here for people to see, and of course it's good to be able to defeat lies as well, because I think they're looking to generate a commotion, to generate an explosion, for there to be death, that's what they want because that's the extreme right,” he criticized.

Fernández said that this political sector that wants to harm the country “is a large minority, the People, who are the vast majority, agree with the message of the President's father, they agree with the message of production,” he said, while referring that “one of the fundamental elements that was demonstrated today in the face of this attack is how prepared we are.”

In this regard, he praised the deployment of security forces on the country's streets to ensure the protection of the population. “I think that the Venezuelan people today have a great victory and President Nicolás Maduro governing,” he emphasized.
