Nahum Fernández: The victory of the GPPSB represents that Venezuela wants peace

The head of the Government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández, during the ceremony of proclamation and award of elected offices last Sunday, May 25, assured that the victory of the candidates of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB) is the representation that Venezuela wants peace.

In that regard, he reiterated the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to the future of Venezuelans, “we are going to work together for that bright future,” he said. In addition, he added that “Caracas is the reference place for the different battles we have fought over the past 26 years, the attacks, the conspiracies, the assassination attempts, the attempts at violence; today with this tremendous victory we are giving a slap in the face to all the criminal violence they have tried to impose.”

He also highlighted Venezuela's determination to make known the truth of the People, and rejected the media matrices against the country that are generated through social networks.
