National Government activated the Management Bodies for Integral Defense in Nueva Esparta

This Tuesday, from the Comprehensive Defense Operational Zone (ZODI) in the state of Nueva Esparta, the Management Bodies for Integral Defense (ODDI), corresponding to Plan Independence 200, were activated.

During the activity, Admiral Carlos David Luque Solórzano, commander of the ZODI-71 Nueva Esparta, explained that this action aims to maintain “active and permanent offensive resistance” in the entity and to reaffirm the commitment to the comprehensive defense of the homeland.

He also celebrated the civic, military and police union that the Venezuelan people have shown for the defense of national sovereignty, and the support for President Nicolás Maduro.

In the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, through a shared audio message at 6:26 in the morning, he said: “Fully activated to check and leave in optimal condition the 27 actions of the entire Comprehensive Defense Plan, combining preparation for prolonged active and creative popular resistance, and permanent offensive, taking initiative in all fields and terrains.”
