National Government suspends the use of drones throughout the national territory for 30 days

The Bolivarian Government announced the suspension and prohibition, throughout the national geographical area, of the purchase, sale, manufacture, import, distribution, instruction, training, training, registration and operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) flights, for 30 days.
The measure seeks to control the use of these devices, considered by the authorities as potential security risks and is applied at the national level in all areas, both civil and recreational.
Information published by the Ministry of People's Power for Transportation details that the measure includes remotely piloted or unpiloted aircraft and model aircraft; as well as their parts and components.
The Resolution was issued jointly by the Ministry of People's Power for Transportation and the Ministries of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace; Defense; and Economy and Finance; and published in Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 6,927 dated August 18 of this year.
On the other hand, the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC), as the Aeronautical Authority of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and the body that regulates the use of aircraft and oversees civil aeronautical activities, will be responsible for complying with this directive, in coordination with the State's security and defense bodies, and may resolve aspects not provided for in the Resolution.
