National Library opens Tertulia Colonial this Friday

This Friday, August 28, the National Library and Library Services Autonomous Institute will premiere the Colonial Talk, the entity reported through its Instagram account.
The activity will take place at 10:00 in the morning at the Simón Rodríguez Central Public Library of Caracas, located on the corner of El Conde, Avenida Sur 4, Caracas Cathedral Parish. Professor Fabricio Vivaz Ramírez will be in charge of the talk on the topic Noble Titles and the Caracas Elite.
The social network invites the general public to come this Friday morning to the corner of El Conde in downtown Caracas to enjoy this activity.
