National Parks received 1 million 37,000 seasonal workers at Carnival

During the recent carnival holiday, the National Park System was visited by a total of 1 million 37 thousand 350 seasonal workers, said the Minister of Ecosocialism, Josué Lorca.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of visitors, according to the minister, more than 35,000 men and women were deployed in 166 natural areas nationwide.

According to Lorca in his X account, among the activities carried out, a total of 4,501 recreational, community, cultural, sports and ecological activities were carried out. These initiatives seek to promote healthy leisure for seasonal workers, as well as the care and preservation of the natural environment.

In addition, he reported on the provision of 30 motorcycles and 4 quadmotorcycles to facilitate the movement of personnel responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of visitors.
