National President: “Care and Mitigation” manual will be created for capitalist environmental destruction

This Monday, June 30, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said that the Bolivarian Government is promoting a set of measures to mitigate the historic impact of 200 years of capitalist destruction and pollution in the country.

In this direction, he reported that work will begin on the elaboration of the “Care and Mitigation” Manual, with the purpose of converting it into law.

“We are facing a true global climate emergency, where deniers will be forgotten about history and life. Here are those of us who are facing the truth and trying to mitigate the 200 years of capitalist destruction of the world's climate,” he emphasized.

In the 84th edition of his program “Con Maduro+”, providing an assessment of the deployment of the “Andes 2025" Task Force, he highlighted that “the Municipal Council that violates this law and permits (irregular for construction): under investigation”.

He added the need to “report it to the People because sometimes the Municipal Councils end up giving permits and underneath a lot of things move. Don't they? fly, batteries”.

“In 10 days, let's set a date and we'll go there, to Mérida and hold a summit to approve a special plan two years after the creation of the 2022 Andes Special Force,” he said.
