National president carried out a simulated vote for the National Youth Popular Consultation

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, simulated the voting process for the 2025 National Youth Popular Consultation, to be held on July 27.

The head of state exercised his right to vote in a protocol, following the National Electoral Council (CNE) team's explanation of the Electoral Horseshoe process in the voting centers of the aforementioned consultation.

During the 84th edition of his program “Con Maduro+”, he congratulated Venezolana de Televisión for broadcasting all the youth meetings held in the country, for the nominations of projects that will participate in the aforementioned consultation.

He also thanked all alternative media for communicating the democratic festival that took place in Venezuela for two consecutive weeks.

For her part, the first Combatant of the Republic, Cilia Flores de Maduro, stressed that youth have always been present and, in this new electoral process, young people will be able to choose projects proposed in their dream maps for the benefit of their communities.

He said that in this consultation, the youth population will have the opportunity to select community projects that emerged from their “Dream Maps”.

The Minister of Popular Power for Youth, Sergio Lotartaro, reported that more than 5 thousand youth assemblies were held in their second phase for the People to apply for and prioritize the projects that will participate in the first National Youth Popular Consultation.

He emphasized the commitment of youth to continue promoting the country's development.

In her speech, the Secretary General of Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV), Grecia Colmenares, assured that young people have responsibly accepted the call made by President Nicolás Maduro, to have a sense of belonging and to be leaders in communities.
