National President: Carter Center had its report ready before the Presidential Election

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said that the Carter Center brought to Venezuela the report already written on the Presidential Election, “we have had it for a month we have had that report, what was missing is picantico, that they put it on now.”

“The Carter Center has two stories: one with former President Jimmy Carter and now with these people who wear it, who are from the State Department and work at USAI,” he said.

The head of state stressed that this instance “became denaturalized, it is no longer Jimmy Carter who heads it, it only bears his name, unfortunately”.

The approach was made in reference to the absurd report presented by the aforementioned center.

Faced with this approach, the head of state reminded the members of the Carter Center that many governments around the world requested that all voting stations be reviewed in the last Presidential Election in the United States and that request did not materialize.

“T Trump stuck to his cry of fraud. We don't know it was chicha or lemonade (United States Presidential Election),” he said.

He reiterated that “fraud was sung in the most powerful power on the planet. How many records did they review?” , while stressing that in the United States there is no electoral authority, but that it is the governorates that organize the elections.

He stated that if it were decided in Venezuela that the elections should be organized by the mayors and the entire law were changed, “I shout to heaven”.

This was stated at the Miraflores Palace, during an international press conference, where he recalled that when the then Mexican candidate Manuel López Obrador, “shameless fraud was done in 2006,” the Organization of American States (OAS), did not speak out and neither did the United States, nor the right-wing governments of Latin America.
