In the presentation of the Balance of the National System of Popular Government, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced a series of goals for the Bolivarian Government for the year 2026.

This was specified on the night of this Monday, December 08, after declaring the birth of the Communal Government for the Transition to Socialism. “That's where the political bureau of the Bolivarian Revolution has to tighten its pants in its efforts and goals,” he said.

He highlighted as the first lines of action “to guarantee resources throughout the country so that the two winning projects in all communities are financed in the 5,336 communal circuits, which would lead to a basic goal of 42,688 projects and works proposed, planned, approved and executed by the people at the base. Consolidate public works through direct and permanent democracy”.

In that sense, he highlighted “lines, strength, progress, mobilization works and victory (...) that's what it's all about”.

As a second line, the Head of State spoke of the “strengthening of the communes' action planning system, combining the harmonious effectiveness of the 1×10 Communal of Good Governance, of the Concrete Agendas of Action (ACA), dream maps and the 7T plan”. He added that “our theoretical and doctrinal base is impressive, it's a combination for the planning system.
