National University of Sciences deepens the study of neurotechnology

In compliance with the training plan promoted by President (E) Delcy Rodríguez, the National University of Sciences (UNC) Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán consolidates the preparation of professionals with a scientific and humanistic approach. The Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, leads this academic commitment to the technological challenges of the future.

The head of the scientific portfolio highlighted: “Beyond their benefits, we analyze the importance of ensuring equitable access to these innovations, promoting science committed to social justice and collective well-being.” This field opens up new routes for health.

The ethical debate sets the tone for ensuring equitable access to these scientific innovations in the national territory. The fundamental objective is to prevent economic gaps from turning into profound inequalities between citizens and their capacities.

The Bolivarian Government does not empower a generation capable of promoting scientific knowledge with responsibility and citizen ethics that is always at the service of the integral well-being of all humanity.
