New Israeli bombings leave more than 20 dead, including several children

During the early morning of this Wednesday, more than 20 people, including several children, lost their lives this morning in a new series of Israeli bombings on various areas of the Gaza Strip, as reported by medical sources and Palestinian media correspondents. The attacks were concentrated in residential areas and also caused dozens of injuries.

In Jabalia al-Balad, north of Gaza, an Israeli bombardment completely destroyed the Nabhan family's home, located on Al-Nuzha Street. Eleven people lost their lives and 13 others were injured, according to rescue teams; most of the cases were unarmed civilians.

In Deir al-Balah, in the center of the Strip, another airstrike claimed the lives of five people, including three children, one of them a baby. The scene was described by witnesses as “heartbreaking”, with bodies rescued under the rubble after hours of searching.
