A New York judge on Friday ordered former President Donald Trump, his older children and their associates to pay more than $350 million after finding them guilty of intentionally committing financial fraud for a decade.

According to information published on the Telesur website, the ruling was handed down by Judge Arthur Engoron, who banned Trump and two other executives from serving as officers or directors of any corporation or entity in the city for three years. While on their children, Eric and Donald Trump Jr, the measure was imposed for two years.

“In general, Donald Trump rarely answered the questions asked and often made long and irrelevant speeches on issues that went far beyond the scope of the trial. Their refusal to answer the questions directly, or in some cases, to respond, seriously compromised their credibility,” said the judicial authority.

Engoron ordered Trump's adult children to cancel $4 million each, adding that the defendants' “total lack of contrition and remorse borders on pathological.”

“The large fine is in addition to a judgment of 83.3 million dollars against the former president in a defamation lawsuit filed by the writer E. Jean Carroll,” TeleSUR reported.
