The unity between the militants of the Bolivarian Revolution has overcome many intrigues with which they have tried to divide them, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“There have been many intrigues with which they wanted to divide us, but revolutionary morality has been superior to continue the vital journey that we began with Commander Chávez to the catacombs of the People,” said Maduro during the nomination ceremony for the presidential elections on July 28.

In this regard, he thanked the Venezuelan people for their support in recent years to overcome all the attacks and aggressions that have been woven against the country.

“I have never felt alone in any battle. The people of Bolívar and Chávez have always accompanied me, as demonstrated today with this impressive march,” he said.

In the same way, he insisted on calling for the unity of the People to continue advancing in defense of the legacy left to us by the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez. “If anything characterizes us, it is the mantra that Hugo Chávez left us: Unity, Struggle, Battle and Victory, under any circumstance,” he stressed.
