Although the violent extreme right, led by former presidential candidate Edmundo González, seeks to impose a false discourse on the deadlines for the detailed publication of the election results, the Organic Law on Electoral Processes (LOPE) establishes that the National Electoral Council (CNE) has 30 days after the announcement of the winning candidates to disclose the details of the vote.

In an exhaustive manner, article 155 of the LOPE establishes that the Electoral Power is obliged to publish, within the period mentioned above, the results in the Electoral Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, not in any other medium.

In this sense, it is necessary to reiterate that the times are clearly established in the legal system, so that neither imperialism nor the spoiled children of daddy and mommy can attempt to impose lapses on a constituted power of the country.
