ODDI were activated in Lara to guarantee peace and defense of the Fatherland

The head of the Integral Defense Operational Zone (ZODI) No. 13 of the state of Lara, Hibrahim Sirgo, together with the governor of the entity, Luis Reyes Reyes, activated the Management Bodies for Integral Defense (LODDI) within the framework of Plan Independence 200 in order to guarantee preparation for comprehensive defense and peace in the nation.

During the activation, the head of the Zodi stressed that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) in perfect popular-military-police fusion will guarantee and achieve “the optimal point of preparation of the State to face, defend and protect the constitutional rights that allow the continuity of the free and normal development of activities in the social, economic, political, cultural, military, environmental and technological spheres.”

He also explained that for this purpose, the 27 territorial actions instructed by President Nicolás Maduro are being carried out in the nine municipalities and 58 parishes of the Larense entity. At the same time, he reaffirmed that these actions will guarantee the peace and sovereignty of the Fatherland.

For his part, the governor of Lara, Luis Reyes Reyes, stressed that the People of Venezuela, together with the FANB, are alert to defend the territory against any attack by North American imperialism.

We are demonstrating the willingness of the people and the FANB to remain alert for national defense in case of any circumstance,” he said, stressing how Venezuelans have joined the call of the Head of State to enlist and join the protection of the territory.
