Officials of the Ombudsman's Office are deployed to monitor public services during Holy Week

With regard to Operation Safe Holy Week 2025, the Office of the Ombudsman, through its delegated and municipal ombudsmen's offices in each region, is active in monitoring land, sea and air services and public transport throughout the national territory.

These are actions that are carried out in order to ensure that special attention is given to older adults, people with disabilities, pregnant women and all those families who travel to different parts of the country during the Holy Week holidays .

In a press release, the agency stressed that they inspect the country's terminals to ensure their proper functioning and that the required attention is provided to people who deserve it.
