This Saturday, June 28, Operation Caracas Smile was deployed in the parish of San Bernardino to serve the inhabitants of the Gran Cacique Paramaconi Commune and Community Circuit I, as announced by Mayor Carmen Meléndez, through her account on the social network Instagram.

He indicated that during the operation, equipment was delivered to four sports schools, strengthening access to physical activity and the integral development of children and young people. In addition, care was provided to women through the Great Venezuela Women's Mission in its 7 protection vertices.

“No one will leave this parish without fulfilling the commitments made, because I am a woman of my word and I keep what I promise,” he said, assuring that in the coming days he will visit the two self-government rooms in San Bernardino to verify that they are 100% operational.

He also gave an assessment of Operation Caracas Smile and noted that it has been 19 days of tireless work, during which 9 Solution Caravans have been installed in 10 parishes and more than 300 people from different parishes have been treated for health care so far, who have undergone surgery as part of this operation, which will last for three months.

“Here the People's Power works hand in hand with the Mayor's Office of Caracas, coming up with great ideas for entrepreneurship, culture and the integral development of the territory,” he said and noted that they are working to install a water treatment plant in each commune and communal circuit.

This day, more than 1,300 companion animals have also been treated, receiving special attention, including deworming, rabies vaccination, nail cutting, ear cleaning, administration of vitamins and veterinary treatments, among others.
