Opposition member Antonio Ecarri registered with the National Electoral Council (CNE) his candidacy for the presidential elections on July 28.
According to Ecarri in his X account, the formalization of his candidacy for the presidency was carried out electronically, through the automated system of the electoral body.
“Today, from the heart of Aragua (Palo Negro), together with my popular leadership and my teachers, we registered digitally with the CNE to win the Presidency of the Republic,” said the opposition leader.
In this regard, in a video published on the aforementioned social network, he highlighted that his registration is not supported “by old sectors of the Fourth Republic”.
