Avenaño return to their efforts to spread fake news to manipulate
public opinion, this time about an alleged cacerolazo in the Petare parish, which was denied
hours later by their colleague, also an opponent, Delvalle Canelón.
“The cacerolazo in Petare is not true. Don't
circulate information if it's not confirmed,” Canelón wrote through his X
account.
In addition, in another message, he denounced the attacks he
received for denying to his colleagues Angola and Avenaño about the alleged pot in Petare, with
which they sought to create chaos in the country.
“People attacking me because I deny a cacerolazo. This is done by anonymous accounts with few followers. My ethics, values and principles have always been clear. If you want to hear or read lies, then don't follow me,” he said, according to information from Venezuela News.
This strong message makes it clear that journalistic
ethics are still key to combating the lies promoted by longliners
of the Venezuelan extreme right to please those who want to come to power by any means.
