Padrino López: We activated the Centella Plan to ensure safety in any situation

The Minister of Popular Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, reported that the Centella Plan has been activated in order to address any emergency situation following the attack on the National Electricity System (SEN).

“We have implemented the Centella Plan, which is a plan we have for any situation in the national territory,” he said through a telephone contact broadcast by La Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

He also pointed out that transportation and patrolling have been enabled “to support the People in their movement, if necessary, and well there is also the entire logistics platform of the Strategic Operational Command (CEO),” he said.
