The state oil company Petrleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) reported that its subsidiary, Venezuelan Oils and Solvents (VASSA) is once again positioning itself in the domestic market for oils and lubricants.

The information was provided by PDVSA, through its account on network X, in which it specified that the production of PDVSA VASSA oils “involves a thorough mixing and formulation process to obtain a final product of the highest quality”.

Last October 2023, the company reactivated the liquid oil production plant to supply the Venezuelan fleet.

VASSA, whose objective is the production and commercialization of white oils, dielectric oils and aliphatic solvents, also produces gasoline such as diesel, not only for the automotive line, but for the industrial line, together with PDVSA to supply strategic companies in the State.
