Pedro Infante: The People support the proposal for a summit with world leaders for peace

During his participation in the March for Peace that takes place this Wednesday, June 25 in the city of Caracas, the first vice-president of the National Assembly, deputy Pedro Infante, explained that wearing a white rose “fully identifies us, because we are an icon of conscience that today expresses itself in support of an extraordinary proposal made by President Nicolás Maduro to hold a world summit of world leaders for peace and against war.”
In this regard, he stressed that “President Nicolás Maduro is always at the forefront of proposals for peace, which is accompanied by justice, solidarity and respect for peoples, respect for independence.”
He argued that peace must be accompanied by respect and that more than ever no imperial power or that is sponsored by any empire can attack and disrespect the Charter of the UN and “of the Peoples who have the right to be free”.
