People of Caracas celebrate ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice on electoral results issued by the CNE

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, highlighted the joy and enthusiasm of the capital's people in the face of the ruling issued by the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), in which she validates the result of the Presidential Election, held on July 28, in which the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, was re-elected by popular decision.

In a statement, published on his official account on the Telegram channel and the social network Instagram, he expressed the transparency of the process carried out by the National Electoral Council (CNE), contrary to what those who seek the destabilization of the nation, enemies of prosperity, growth and the transformation of the homeland of El Libertador Simón Bolívar and Commander Hugo Chávez, have sought.

“The people of Caracas, faithful to their indomitable tradition, lovers of life, peace, happiness and prosperity, defender of Participatory and Protagonic Democracy, confirm that they will continue, together with their helmsman Nicolás Maduro Moros, on the path of changes and 7 transformations, always guided by the eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, to build a Bolivarian Venezuela, a power,” he says.

Meléndez said that together with the People he will continue to work in unity, struggle, battle and victory, in defense of participatory and leading democracy.
