Popular democracy! Second National Popular Consultation registers high participation in Barinas

The Town of Barinas left early this Sunday, August 25, to participate in the National Popular Consultation.

In the entity, which is composed of 12 municipalities, 223 communal electoral circuits were formed, which will choose from 1,561 projects that have been prioritized through meetings held over the past few weeks, taking into account that each electoral circuit has 7 project proposals, leaving the one with the highest vote.

It is a simple process, people will go to the electoral centers with the laminated ballot, where there will be a horseshoe of the electoral process who will guide the process so that the vote of one project per circuit is carried out, a process that is scheduled to start at 6:00 in the morning.
