The deputies to the National Assembly (AN) who are elected on May 25 will have the responsibility to adapt the laws to the new times, said the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

“If anyone is going to have a job in this country for the next 5 years, it's that National Assembly, because they have to work to adapt the laws to the new times of People's Power. Commune or nothing,” said Cabello during the swearing in of the campaign command of the Simón Bolívar Great Patriotic Pole in the Portuguese state.

In this regard, she assured that the membership of that entity will have “a great advantage” in carrying out this work, since Blanca Eeckhout, who is the first candidate on the list of deputies for that entity, is one of the parliamentarians who until now has worked on the issue of the Laws of Popular Power in the AN.

He also called on the flag bearers of the GPPSB to win all the seats they are competing for, because “the silver medal is not worth it. We go for all the legislators, all the legislative councils, all the governorates. We're going for everything.”
