President decorated law enforcement officers with “Order for Peace”

This Tuesday, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, decorated 27 officers from different State security bodies with the “Order for Peace”, in its One Class.

The recognition was granted by the Head of State during the launch of the Peace Quadrants of the communal circuits of Caracas, in the El Guarataro neighborhood, to celebrate the outstanding work of the officers in safeguarding the security and peace of the nation.

Among those awarded are officials from the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) and the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), for their hard work to maintain stability in the country.

“Already last week, in La Guaira, we were honoring and recognizing the staff of the SEBIN (Bolivarian National Intelligence Service), facing the waves of the Venezuelan Free Caribbean Sea, which will always be our free and sovereign Caribbean Sea, the only way for there to be a Venezuelan Caribbean Sea that is free, peaceful and sovereign,” recalled the President.
