The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led this Friday the launch of a financing plan with subsidies to the Condominium Boards of the sectors affected by the earthquakes of last June 24.
“We have already pushed the button and resources are being reduced to the Condominium Boards to repair these first buildings in the Sucre municipality and also funding for affected homeowners. They have support to repair their homes,” said the president in charge from Los Dos Caminos, in the municipality of Miranda state.
He pointed out that although the state of La Guaira was the most affected by the double earthquake, the northern part of the capital city was also quite affected, so this initiative was activated, in addition to others being carried out by the Bolivarian Government to provide a comprehensive response to the people in the face of the tragedy.
“They are counting on us, they are not alone, we are not going to leave them alone, because we are going to continue on this path and I have given the order to the Economic Office to deploy together with the condominium boards to provide funding to all the buildings that were affected immediately so that we can cover the larger universe. We started here in the Sucre municipality, but we deployed ourselves in the rest of the buildings that were affected,” he said.
