President in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, oversees service day at Comuna Heroína de la Patria

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, visited the Carlos Raúl Villanueva urban planning in Ciudad Tiuna in Caracas, where a day of comprehensive care is taking place, especially aimed at families affected by the attacks of last January 3rd on the Heroines of the Homeland Commune.
