The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, visited the Carlos Raúl Villanueva urban planning in Ciudad Tiuna in Caracas, where a day of comprehensive care is taking place, especially aimed at families affected by the attacks of last January 3rd on the Heroines of the Homeland Commune.

“We wanted to do special days with our boys and girls, with the opportunity for psychological care, food with all the programs,” he said.

After taking a tour, Rodríguez thanked the boys and girls who draw pictures about the events of January 3rd. “I want to thank the boys and girls who have been drawing pictures. Here it is evident that the feeling that our people have is one of unity in the face of any threat that threatens peace”.

He stressed that “we have a historic responsibility to march together as a country to protect peace, guarantee a balance of social justice and to let the people know that there is hope for our boys and girls. The authorities who are here have that responsibility.”
