President in Charge Delcy Rodríguez presented partial reform of the Organic Hydrocarbons Law

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, presented this Thursday to the National Assembly the Bill for the Partial Reform of the Organic Law on Hydrocarbons.

During his Annual Message to the Nation, from the Federal Legislative Palace, Rodríguez said that this reform aims to “incorporate the productive models that are in the Anti-Blockade Law, so that they are protected in our Hydrocarbons Law. That allows these investment flows to be incorporated into new fields, to fields where investment has never been made and fields where there is no infrastructure,” he explained.

In this regard, he asked the legislative body to approve this partial reform, and submitted the draft to Parliament.
