The president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, stated that the partial reform of the Organic Hydrocarbons Law is an initiative aimed at strengthening our energy sovereignty and incorporating CPP, ATF and other management models that have allowed us to boost production and investment even in adverse circumstances.

Through a post on his Telegram channel, Rodríguez asserted that a modern framework, legal security and international energy cooperation, this law will allow Venezuela to move firmly on its path to becoming a major global producer, transforming its vast reserves into economic development and well-being for our people.

“With this reform, we hope to attract significant flows of international investment and also of domestic investment, because we have always opened the doors of international investment to the domestic sector,” he said.

He also emphasized that the Bolivarian Government has always worked with the international and national sectors correctly, sincerely and efficiently, in a permanent dialogue through the National Economic Council.
