President Maduro activates School Brigade in the Sucre municipality

On the afternoon of this Friday, February 21, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, activated the School Brigade in the Francisco Iznardi State Unit of La Dolorita.

Through a television show, the Head of State spoke with the director of the Miranda Police, José Luis García, who explained that there are more than 600 boys and girls who have been trained as patrolmen and patrol cars and who have joined the program that operates within the framework of the Great Peace Quadrants Mission and is completed with recreational activities aimed at training in values such as peace, discipline and coexistence.

García added that these brigades will also be activated in the communal circuits and communes of the municipality.

For his part, the Head of State commented that these actions are part of “innovative ways to protect schools, boys, girls, young people while we are completely liberating the territory”. In that vein, he pointed out that “we can see the greening of boys and girls and young people dedicated to culture, entrepreneurship and the communal fight for security.”

He added that “we must train children to fall in love with the police function so that tomorrow they will be civil servants who work with love for the Fatherland.”
