President Maduro announced the creation of a new Consultation System for National Decision-making

The Bolivarian Government will create a new Consultation System for National Decision-making, through an application in the VENAPP System, with the purpose of providing the Venezuelan People with another way to report any problem 24 hours a day, announced the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
In this regard, he specified that the VENAPP System, together with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), and the communal militia units and the National Territorial Defense System, “must immediately proceed to create an application in the VENAPP System for the People so that they are safely reporting everything they see and hear to continue to gain peace and tranquility.”
“It's a wonderful idea, we have everything: the organization, the conscience, the leadership, the Communal Militia Units; the Bolivarian Militia and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces with their weapons systems and many other things,” he said.
On the other hand, he also considered it extremely important to “take a leap in Public Policies, to bypass the bureaucracy, so that he is the President with the People, without intermediaries”.
