President Maduro blames Elon Musk for cyberattacks on Venezuelan institutions

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, blamed businessman Elon Musk for any attacks on computer systems in Venezuela, after his confession about the attack on the website of the national airline CONVIASA.

“Here comes Elon Musk, the Goliath to say: we just attacked the CONVIASA page. Elon Musk held you responsible for the cyber and terrorist attacks against Venezuela,” said the Head of State during a meeting with women revolutionary militants at the Miraflores Palace.

The Venezuelan president held Elon Musk responsible and denounced Elon Musk for directing an attempted coup against Venezuela, generating a campaign against the country on social networks, with the purpose of “arming a new paramilitary force and attacking with hatred and viciousness”.
