President Maduro: Bolivia will resume its path with unity and that people know that they have Venezuela

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated Venezuela's support for the People of Bolivia in the resistance in defense of the freedom, independence and sovereignty of this South American nation.

“Bolivia will resume its journey with unity and the People of Bolivia know that they can count on the People of Venezuela (...) Venezuela will always be at Bolivia's side, forever and ever! , he ruled.

He recalled that the Altiplano nation emerged from the struggles led by the Liberator Simón Bolívar and on the occasion of his bicentennial, he emphasized that the victories created in the independence era of our America were based on unity.

“The victory of 200 years ago was the product of the union of a project, of a leadership, of a liberating army that brought freedom,” he said, insisting on the importance of the union.

“Bolívar was able to build a historic feat that we must commemorate permanently and he achieved it with the union of all the leaders of all the Peoples and of a single army that led him victoriously to the Potosí to found the Republic of Bolivia,” he said.

He reiterated that from the Government and the revolutionary forces “we must be aware and commemorate together with the people in the territory, the youth, be attentive to always commemorate with brilliance, drawing the lessons and experience of this Bicentennial era that is already beginning with the founding of Bolivia”.
