President Maduro celebrates the 13th anniversary of the Timon Coup with the delivery of 20,000 works to the country

President Nicolás Maduro Moros took a tour of the Socialist Mission Base “Comuna Las 8 Roots of Rockers”, in La Pastora, Caracas.

During the day, the organized Town of 8 Municipal Councils in the area received the Head of State with great emotion in the framework of the 13th Anniversary of the Coup de Timón of Commander Hugo Chávez.

“We are also commemorating the 13th anniversary of the Timon Coup. It was a Council of Ministers that marked a before and after, a new history, a new phase. From self-criticism, Commander Chávez said: “Commune or Nothing!” He gave us the orders that we have been carrying out, as a united and creative people, the National President ruled.

With regard to this date, the national government, together with the popular power, are delivering 20,000 works throughout the country, as part of their commitment to consolidating the communal State and responding in a timely manner to the needs of communities.

The Obratón is the response to the various Popular Consultations that have been held in the country, in order to promote the active, democratic and leading participation of the People's Power in the execution of projects aimed at solving collective problems and guaranteeing a better quality of life.
