President Maduro: Cuba has earned the right to choose its path to develop in freedom

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that this Wednesday, October 30, on the 32nd occasion, a total of 187 countries raised their voices again at the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), to demand the lifting of United States sanctions against Cuba.
Through his social media accounts, the head of state stated: “Today, for the thirty-second time, 187 countries raise our voices in the General Assembly of the United Nations, to demand the lifting of gringo sanctions.”
“Cuba deserves, and has earned, the right to choose its path to develop in peace and with total freedom,” he emphasized.
He said that “to President Miguel Díaz-Canel, to the Army General, Raúl Castro, to the Cubans who are still fighting.”
“On behalf of Venezuela, I express my solidarity and willingness to continue opening paths and creating formulas that allow us to move forward in the search for concrete solutions, and that will lead us to the integral well-being of our nations. A new world is possible and free peoples will build it,” he said.
