President Maduro: Everything is ready for the People to decide with their vote this 25M

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, announced that the National Electoral Council (CNE) installed 100% of the polling stations across the country for this Sunday, May 25, the People of Venezuela will come out to exercise their right to vote.

“The best news of all is that 24 hours before an election, the best electoral system in the world, 100% of the polling stations are installed, so that the People decide all their governorates and deputies,” said the Head of State during the inauguration of the National University of the Communes in Carabobo state.

He reaffirmed that Venezuela lives a participatory and leading democracy in which the people decide and not the oligarchy.

“The table is set, everyone is ready and tomorrow to choose well, vote well so that we can continue to make progress in consolidating the country's peace, national stability, the unity of the country and advancing plans for direct democracy and popular self-government,” he emphasized.

This Sunday, May 25, the CNE summoned more than 21 million Venezuelans to elect a total of 569 positions, of which 285 are deputies to the National Assembly, 24 to governors and 260 to legislators to state legislative councils.
