President Maduro: Far Right and Imperialism Turned Presidential Election into a World Election

From the Elliptical Hall of the National Assembly (AN), Nicolás Maduro Moros, took office of the presidency of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for the period 2025-2031; during his speech he assured that the extreme right and imperialism turned the electoral process into world elections with which they intended to impose the winner.

“They turned Venezuela's presidential election into a world election and we won them, the People of Venezuela beat imperialism and its deceptive diplomacy; and they don't know how to take revenge now on the outgoing government of the United States (USA), it couldn't beat us, neither you, nor anyone will be able to with this people,” said the president.

The Venezuelan head of state assured that they tried to intervene in a presidential election in a peaceful, quiet and humble country, in a world election because “it was the jewel in the crown.”

In that sense, President Maduro assured that fascism and oligarchy are defeated “wherever they come out, we will come out as the true warriors that we are and we will always win, in whatever circumstances we touch, wherever and however we touch; we were not born on the day of traitors or the day of the cowards”.
