He added that “the lessons learned from the coup d'etat are unforgettable: the courage, intelligence and humor of our older brother “Mel” Zelaya in the most difficult moments. Everything I learned from him during those days of battle has been of great value in our own fight against fascism (...) Our love and solidarity to President Xiomara Castro, to President “Mel” Zelaya and to all the Honduran people. We celebrate their resilience and the struggle they have sustained over the years, a path that reaffirms our commitment to change and justice in Latin America. Long live the people of Morazán!”
